Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC)?

A Patient Access Coordinator, or PAC, is a Pfizer field colleague who works with you and Pfizer Dermatology Patient Access™ to help navigate key aspects of the medication access journey.

Once you complete the required consents, you will be assigned a PAC who will contact you at various points throughout your medication access journey. The PAC is available to address your inquiries or requests and will reach out to gather information and communicate updates.

To learn more about how PACs can help, please call Pfizer Dermatology Patient Access at 1-833-956-DERM (1-833-956-3376). If you're interested in opting in for PAC support, click here.
